LEMONADE
In summer days you want something that will cool your body and refresh you? Try to refresh yourself in the hot days with natural lemonade flavored with peaches.
The ideal blend of sweet and sour fruit flavors will restore energy and you want more and more.
Ingredients
■ 4 cups water
■ 2 cups sliced large peaches (4-5 peaches)
■ 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (4-5 lemons)
■ ¾ cup brown sugar
■ 2 cups ice
Preparation
1. In large pot put water, then place the sugar and peaches and heat them up, once the water starts to boil, cook for 3-4 minutes to soften the peaches.
2. Through large strainer pour the liquid into another container, and mash the peaches with a spoon and remove the skins.
3. Pour the liquid into the refrigerator to cool for several hours.
4. Add the lemon juice in a liquid flavored with peaches and put some ice.
5. Serve cold lemonade. Decorate with a slice of peach, strawberry, lemon or cherry.
